entered into a letter of intent with BBN Solutions. BBN Solutions, located in India, and

Crown Tele Services shall form a 50/50 Joint Venture corporation for the purpose of

granting to Crown Tele Services, exclusive rights in the United States to BBN’s

telecommunications marketing process and services. Crown Equity Holdings’ subsidiary Crown

Tele Services is a provider of affordable, world class (VoIP) communications solutions,

while BBN Solutions, doing business as BBN Telecom, provides both wholesale and retail
